On-Site Shredding

Our mobile on-site shredding unit will visit your location to carry out the shredding of your confidential information. We operate a modern fleet of mobile shredding units with the latest technology and a range of shred sizes. This allows us to securely shred small and large quantities cost-effectively. You can rest assured that your confidential information will be handled with the utmost care and security by our trained professionals. We also provide a certificate of destruction for your records. For peace of mind, all our on-site shredding vehicles have GPS tracking, immobilisers, and CCTV so you can see for yourself what happens inside the on-site shredding unit. All material shredded in our on-site shredding trucks is then brought back to our facility in Raheen Business Park, Limerick, where it is put through our off-site shredder for extra measure.

Our on-site shredding is not just for shredding documents. DGD Shredding also specialises in Hard drive/media hardware, and uniform destruction.

In addition to our mobile on-site shredding services, we also offer off-site shredding at our secure facility. This is a convenient option for those who have a large number of documents to shred or do not have the space for our mobile shredding unit. Our off-site shredding process follows the same strict security measures as our on-site shredding, and we provide a certificate of destruction for your records. Whether you choose our on-site or off-site shredding services, you can trust that your confidential information will be handled with the utmost care and security.

The Process

Uniformed and Garda vetted driver arrives at your premises with the mobile shredding unit.
A secure 240lt bin is provided and paper documents and other confidential data and information are deposited into bin.
Bin is brought to the mobile shredding unit for shredding.
The secure bin is then attached to the bin lift to be conveyed to the shredder.
Contents of the bin are shredded
Once all the material has been shredded on site, the mobile shredding unit will return to our destruction centre.
The baled material is then sent for onward recycling to paper mills.
Destruction Certificate is issued to you after destruction.

Our main office and off-site, cutting-edge shredding facility are located in Limerick. The fleet of vans and highly trained Garda vetted drivers depart in the morning and return in the evening, providing customers with a same-day shredding service.
