On-Site Shredding
On-site hard drive shredding is where a DGD Shredding mobile shredding truck will come to your business premises to shred your hard drives. This means that sensitive information stored in internal hard drives from your IT devices is destroyed before leaving your business. Serial numbers of hard drives can be recorded for Certificate of Destruction.

Magnetic Media Destruction
Different information mediums require different destruction processes. Magnetic media destruction is the safest way to ensure your data is protected. Microfilm, microfiche, and magnetic media require extensive processing to achieve the required shred size to deem the information irretrievable.
DGD Shredding has a dedicated facility tailored for secure magnetic media destruction. The two stage processing system is efficient and comprehensive. Collection services are provided throughout the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.
Before processing, this sensitive material generally will not have a recyclable value and as such the end product is sent for deep burial in landfill. The entire process is controlled with a strong chain of custody and the material is transported directly to landfill.
Our entire process is open to audit and is covered by CCTV cameras installed by RAYN Security Specialists.
