Businesses are now looking to provide secure waste collection areas within their offices. These days, allowing paper to be disposed of into a normal waste bin is just not an option for many companies.That is why many of our customer choose our Secure Shredding Consoles. They can also be used for general paper, envelopes and any card folders that support you with meeting your environmental policy. However they must not be used for food, metals or plastic waste.

The secure consoles usually appeal to customers who have a regular shredding service. They are provided free as required and can only be opened by a trained member of our staff. On the arranged collection date, one of our guys will come to collect the filled bag of paper and replace it with a fresh one.

Choose The Service That’s Right for You

Depending on your requirements, we’ve got a variety of shredding services available to all our customers. Whether it’s our bags, consoles or shredding bins we make it easy for you to choose the service that’s right for you.

Upon completion of these services, you will be issued a Certificate of Destruction along with an invoice. All material is collected and shredded on the same day. Once shredded, it is then baled and shipped for recycling.

 

On Demand or AnnualBags 

Our shredding bags and cable ties are supplied free of charge. These heavy duty bags can store up to 30kg of paper.

With this service, we supply the bags, you fill them up, and we deliver them back to our secure destruction facility or shred them  On Site.

 

 

Consoles

Consoles are supplied free as required. Many of our current customers prefer this option, as they blend in neatly amongst the office furniture.

These consoles are securely locked and can only be opened by a member of our team. Upon the agreed collection date, the consoles are emptied and it’s contents brought back to our secure destruction centre or shredded on site.

 

Bins

Bins 1

Our office shredding bins are securely locked and are easily transported. These bins are suited for inside and outside use, so you don’t have to worry about them taking up too much office space.

These bins follow the same collection procedures as the office consoles, but can store much more material.

You Are The Last To See Your documents

Once your documents are collected they will not be seen or touched by anyone else. All your documents are fed from the supplied storage device into our powerful shredders either on site or at our destruction facility. You don’t even need to remove them from their folders. Our machines shred all files, folders and data devices.

On a daily basis we get inquiries from small businesses and householders as to whether we shred small quantities. Quite simply the answer is YES!

We value all our customers from those who have just one bag to those whom have thousands!

Here is some useful information regarding FAQs – Shredding Small Quantities?

  • While we can provide on-site shredding at your location or a collection service for off-site shredding the most economical option would be to drop the material into our Destruction Centre in Raheen Business Park in Limerick.
  • Our machines can process stables, lever arch folders, plastic pockets, paper clips, bulldog clips etc so there is no need to separate them.
  • We do ask that no aerosols or flammable liquids or large metal items are placed with the material for shredding.
  • We do process CDs, Floppy Disks, Tapes, Hard Drives and Back Up tapes. We ask that these materials are kept separate as they are processed through different machines.
  • Our office is open from 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday and can be contacted on 1850 491 333.
  • We can supply you with some of our heavy duty sacks to take away with you for use until your next visit!
